Join Burgeon Beer Co. and MIHO Catering Co. for a unique and memorable experience through a thoughtful food and beer pairing dinner that you can enjoy in the comfort of your own home! Each beer dinner consists of a four-pack of Head Brewer Anthony Tallman's favorite beers and a four-course dinner pairing for two.

Guests have the option to either pick-up their dinner from the brewery, or for a nominal fee, have the meal delivered to their residence. All guests will be provided a pre-recorded video (accessible online only) featuring MIHO Chef Ryan Bullock and Anthony sharing insight into the menu, beers, and pairings.

First Course //

CITRUS SALAD paired with Clever Kiwi Nelson Hopped Pilsner

oranges, grapefruits, and tangerines with bok choy, crispy pork belly, pistachios, and toasted sesame

Second Course //

GRASS FED BEEF MEAT PIE paired with Carlsbad Crush Mosaic Pale Ale

cameroonian style beef, english peas, carrots, peppers, and yukon potatoes in flaky pastry crust with chermoula yogurt

Third Course //

GREEN CURRY LAMB paired with Capital of Craft IPA

lime jasmine rice, winter squash, red peppers, and garlic with thai basil

Fourth Course//

PERSIMMON RICE PUDDING paired with Everybody's Juicin' Hazy IPA

coconut, vanilla, pomegranate, cilantro
